We collect your email address, signup permission and confirmation details when you join the launch list. We use this information to confirm your email and send the updates you request. Enquiries include your name, email, subject and message, which we use to respond and maintain a record of the conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Essential session cookies protect forms and keep your browsing session consistent. Optional visitor analytics use an anonymous session identifier, page, referring source, campaign parameters, device and browser information, and IP-derived country. Where enabled, analytics run after your permission. You can change your choice through Privacy preferences in the website footer.
Campaign emails may contain open and click tracking. Open estimates can be affected by email privacy tools. Clicks may be connected to later signups and enquiries during your session. These records help us assess our communications.
Our hosting and configured email provider process information to operate the website and send emails. Country lookup may send the IP address to ipwho.is. If configured and permitted, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager may process analytics information. Providers may process information in other countries; contact us for details of the providers currently used.
Visitor, conversion and enquiry records are retained for up to 365 days, subject to operational or legal needs. Launch subscription information is retained while needed for the updates you request. Campaign history and restricted administrative records support delivery investigation and accountability. A minimal email hash may be retained to honour an unsubscribe after a contact record is deleted.
Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails at any time. You may also request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting hello@viuqo.com. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location. We do not sell your personal information.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, protected configuration and restricted administration to safeguard information. Do not send passwords, payment information or other sensitive data through the enquiry form.
